OlaSave is a coordination platform for rotating savings groups. OlaSave does not hold, process, or transfer member funds.
1. Platform Role
OlaSave helps users create groups, track contributions, manage payouts, upload receipts, and keep transparent records.
2. User Responsibility
Members and group admins are responsible for all payments, verification, payout decisions, and agreements within their group.
3. No Financial Custody
OlaSave does not provide banking, lending, escrow, payment processing, or regulated financial services.
4. Group Admins
Group admins are responsible for confirming contributions, releasing payouts, maintaining accurate records, and handling member disputes.
5. Misuse
Accounts may be suspended if used for fraud, abuse, misleading activity, illegal activity, or attempts to harm the platform.
6. Liability
OlaSave is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses, missed payments, disputes, or agreements made between members.
